The 21th Barrier free
Exhibition was held at Intex Osaka in Japan on 16-18 April 2015. There were 365
manufacturers attended and five exhibition centers were covered by 1013 booths.
The total amount of the visitors reached over 90,000 people. The theme of the
exhibition echoed with the revised Healthcare insurance law and the development
of the healthcare robots in Japan and also targeted on the issue of the welfare
and the residential safety for the elder. Therefore related manufacturers have
high expectation on this event.

"2015 GeriatricCare Asia and Elder Care Asia" (GCA / ECA) also attended the Barrier Free
Exhibition and it arouses the immense response among Japanese companies, such
as Bishamon, assistive tool manufacturer, TAICA, mattress manufacturer, and
also several companies, awarded in Good Design last year, Lundal Corporation,
Matsumoto Six, Technotools(Assistive tool manufacturer), NEDO (New Energy and
Industrial Technology Development Organization). Not only have they all high
wills to join the exhibition in November, but Bishamon also filled out the
registration form straightaway.

Because of the
expectation from manufacturers, Barrierfree kept the healthcare robot area,
therefore the manufacturers launched the latest robotic technology in this
year, also extended other several topics in the area, such as nature disaster
management crisis, displayed area for visual disabled, and Interaction room for
guide dogs. In order to attract different target audience to join the
exhibition, there were also seminars for 127 different topics, including healthcare
and insurance guidance in Japan, local healthcare and lumbago, prevention of
bedsore and elder rehab.
"2015 Geriatric
Care Asia and Elder Care Asia" GCA/ ECA achieved excellent results by
attending similar exhibition to promote Mega twins exhibition. Not only
enriched the international image of Taiwan also enhanced the diversity of the
manufacturers and buyers.
